The styles are really cute and the site is easy enough to browse, so I was excited at first. But when I had a question, the response made me feel a little dismissed, like they weren’t really listening. Nice designs, just wish the overall experience felt more helpful.

I ordered a couple of bras and some knickers from Boux Avenue, and to be fair, the stuff looked really nice when it arrived. Delivery was fine too, so I can’t really complain about that side of things.

What I do regret is just going with my usual sizes without thinking twice. One bra fit well, but the other was so tight around the band that I knew straight away it wasn’t going to work. The knickers also felt smaller than I expected, which was a bit frustrating.

I’d probably still shop there again because the quality does seem good, but next time I’d either try things on in store or order a few sizes to compare. i just wish I’d done that in the first place because dealing with returns is such a faff.

I ordered a bra and a pyjama set from Boux Avenue and felt so relieved when I tried them on. Both were really comfy straight away, with no digging in or awkward seams, and the fit just felt right. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I was actually really happy with my Boux Avenue order. The bras fit nicely and feel softer/better quality than I expected for what I paid, especially since I grabbed a couple of things in the sale. The return itself was easy, so that part was fine. I was just kind of confused about the refund because it took a few days to show up, and I wasn’t totally sure what was going on in the meantime.

I really wanted to like this because it looks nice at first, but after just one wash the fabric started feeling rough and kind of cheap. I kept wondering if I did something wrong with the washing, but I followed the care instructions, so that was disappointing. For the price, I was hoping it would feel a bit softer and last longer
